Jackson Agadamba - CHAIRMAN

He is married to one wife and blessed with two children. He has over 25 years banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank across Africa. He has also been the Head of Consumer Banking Operations in Botswana and was responsible for the Country Operations. Prior to his relocation to Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, he was in Uganda as Country Project Manager where he was responsible to oversee the implementation of a complex and high-profile project, which entailed the replacement of the bank’s core technology platform. He has strong international exposure arising other short-term assignments to countries such as, Zambia, Tanzania, Chennai, Ghana, and Dubai among others.  He has excellent results in terms of people management, cost management, Operational risk compliance management and delivery of superior customer service.
